Liesl Keen is an organisational psychology and human resources professional and coach with almost 20 years’ experience in Multi-National-Companies and Governments.

She has worked directly with Boards of Directors and Executives on strategic organisational and business transformation projects.  She has worked in Southern Africa, the Middle East and Ireland. The industries she has worked in includes various manufacturing operations, telecommunications, supply chain, oil, gas and nuclear energy.

Liesl specifically works in the area of talent and performance management.  This ranges from assessing processes, frameworks and systems as foundational elements, to transitioning talented employees to first time manager roles, goal alignment and promoting leadership effectiveness.   Based on her experience and qualifications, she is uniquely positioned to work with executive leaders and managers, newly appointed managers and high potential talent in a coaching relationship. Liesl also works with teams promoting collaboration, co-creation and development which ultimately leads to improved results and retained staff.

My Philosophy

Liesl approaches engagements as a partnership, based on honesty and integrity.  Her coaching style is intuitive, insightful, supportive while results orientated drawing on psychology, neuroscience and business experience.  She serves as a thinking partner to clients, a sounding-board and catalyst enabling change, adaptive cultures and enhanced performance outcomes.

She is passionate about people development and creating humanised workplaces.  She believes in the concept of conscious leadership and that leaders have a responsibility to themselves and others in their roles.  Liesl works globally with organisations through online platforms or on location as required.

Qualifications

Liesl holds a Masters and Honours Degree in Commerce, specialising in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, B-Tech Degree and Diploma in Human Resource Management, NLP Coaching Certification, Advanced Labour Law Diploma and currently studying towards a PhD in Neuroscience Leadership Coaching.
