Grounded in Neuroscience and Emotional Intelligence principles, this programme will support your leadership journey, either as a newly appointed manager, high potential fast track employee, or an experienced manager.
How Does it Work
The programme spans over a 3-month period. We will start by having a non-obligation discovery session with you to ensure the programme will meet your expectations. This may include a direct manager or the HR Department as well. An optional closing and alignment meeting with relevant organisational stakeholders may be included with the programme.
